Q:
I have experienced issues with screen/sizes/colors of pictures. What is the best way to see paintings?

A:
Our site is optimized for widescreen monitors with standard color temperature (6500K) settings. Though you can view it even on smartphones or tablets – the site resizes automatically. You can enlarge a part of a painting by placing the mouse over this part (you will see the magnifier) and rotating the wheel of the mouse. Aside from this, you can click on the picture and the whole painting will open in a pop-up window. When you need to look at a high resolution image of a painting, click on the “HI-RES” icon under the picture. The hi-resolution image will open in a new window and you can magnify it using standard commands. In some cases the picture may be extremely large and is not supposed to be reviewed on small screens.

How to search through paintings?

A:
There are two options.

If you just want to wander around without immediate price quotes, please select WORKS on the upper MENU and after that ALL MIXED, ALL SLIDE or BY ARTIST. You can see works arranged in different ways.

When you want to see prices, select SHOP or WORKS – by CONTENT. Then you will be able to choose paintings by surface, theme, etc. and you will see prices displayed under the pictures.

Q:
Why do you not show prices for some paintings? (Price on request).

A:
This is a request from the corresponding artist. He or she may have his/her own reason for that. Actually there is no problem with this, just send your request for a particular painting by email and we will send the price back to you.

Q:
May I have a live look at the picture before buying, like viewing it by Skype for instance?

A:
Yes, in some cases we can provide this service. Please send an order for the painting and add a note about this or a special request.
