Sergey Nekrasov
(born 1983)
Sergey was born in Zlatoust, Chelyabinsk region. In 2003 he graduated from the Art Department of Zlatoust High School and in 2006 applied to Russian Academy of Arts (a.k.a. Repin Academic Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture), St. Petersburg.
He has been instructed by Professor Bystrov and successfully graduated from the Academy in 2013. His monumental diploma work “Ivan the Terrible” received an “excellent” grading in his degree. After finishing his studies, Sergey worked on mosaic panels for Ksenya the Petersburg Chapel on Vallam Island and later for another architectural object in Belarus.
Sergey has been a member of The Artists Union of Russia since 2016.
